Common Scenario
You’ve planned to take your family to the local zoo. it is the first family event you have had in months. You your partner, and two of your children are very excited. you arrive at the zoo, pay $76, and give each child a bag of animal food. you go into the animal area where three wallabies hop hopefully toward your eldest child. you tell her in a calm voice they have come for some food you show her how to put the food in her hand with her fingers out of the way. A wallaby nibbles some food off her hand and…
She starts crying and screaming and trying to climb up your body. You have just noticed she has a jacket on in 30-degree heat. She is so hot but won’t take her jacket off you take her aside and reassure her the wallaby is gone and she doesn’t have to feed any more animals. You take her for a cold drink. You encourage your partner to take the other child through the zoo. But the day is ruined. She is really distressed and you know your partner and other children will be rushing through the zoo to get back to both of you.

Attentio Solution
This section provides an opportunity for the Account Holder and the Account User to explore new activities together and record key information for the Account User to revisit as often as they choose. The process of exploring specific facets of a new activity helps the Account User develop an awareness of where it will be, what will be happening, the people and animals involved, and anything highly alert senses may tune into. The Account Holder can then create a checklist of items the Account User need to bring with them based on the information collected when exploring the activity. On the day of the activity, the Account User can independently prepare by following the checklist. To enhance preparation for the activity, the Account Holder can also include preparation or packing for the activity in the appropriate Routine.
